Review – Tantus Bend Over Beginner Kit
The Tantus Bend Over Beginner Kit is a great strapon for anal beginners interested in exploring the joys of pegging. The kit comes with two of Tantus’s most popular sex toys, the Silk Small and Medium dildos. Both penetration toys are non-porous, and are made of body safe high quality platinum silicone. They’re flexible yet firm, feel great on the skin, and each has a flared base making them perfect for strapon harness use.

The Silk Small dildo measures in at just under an inch in diameter and measures 4.5 inches in length. The Silk Medium dildo has a diameter of 1.5 inches and a length of 5.5 inches. Both sizes would be great for beginners, since they are non-threatening, and the texture is smooth and sleek without phallic detailing that can turn-off some men.
Each dildo is hygienic and works very well with water-based lubricant. They are not suitable for use with silicone lubricant though, as the dildos themselves are silicone, and silicone on silicone can make for a damaged sex toy. These dildos can be boiled in water to be fully sanitized, they are dishwasher safe, or they can be washed with a alcohol to water solution, or your favorite toy cleanser/soap and water.
These are definitely not intimidating in size so beginners should feel more at ease to explore their strap on and pegging desires. While it says it’s a “beginner’s” kit, it can also be appreciated by more experienced strap on users and those who prefer dildos of a smaller size. Both dildos are very smooth, no texture at all, and have a flared base. The Silk Small is perfect for people who haven’t had much anal experience, but crave the intimacy and intensity of being fucked by a strapped-on partner as opposed to being fingered. Each is shaped with a natural curve for exact g-spot or prostate pleasure, and they can certainly be used on their own without the harness.
The harness itself is adjustable to fit a variety of waist sizes, and it’s pretty comfy to wear, not too constricting or too lose. You wear this harness by stepping through the hip strap and into the leg straps, and then tighten according to how you like it. The material is soft to the touch for both you and your partner. The O rings are easy to fit on the harness and they hold the dildos nicely in place without much slippage. The harness has a velvety front panel with a pocket for the included bullet vibe. For the dildos that come with this kit, the harness is a great fit and easy to use.
Attaching the dildos is very simple, which is another reason why this kit is awesome for beginners. Once the dildos where set in the harness they stayed in place nicely, even when moving the hips strongly, which means this strapon could be used in a variety of positions.
This kit is really great for those who are discovering pegging for the first time.
As always with Tantus, the quality of all the materials seems very high and everything is easily cleanable. The harness is machine washable and the dildos can be sanitized easely.
